Memorizing and meditating on Scripture transforms lives!
"All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work." 2 Timothy 3:16-17

"This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success." Joshua 1:8

Bible Engagement is at an all-time low
Biblical literacy and Bible engagement are in rapid decline. Only 14% of U.S. adults are considered “Scripture Engaged,” a 50% decline from 28% in 2020. Only 38% of American adults engage with the Bible at least three times a year outside of church services, down from 50% in 2011. The same report found that nearly 26 million Americans stopped reading the Bible regularly between 2021 and 2022 alone. This decline is more pronounced with each younger generation, with only 11% of Generation Z adults considered Scripture Engaged, the lowest among all age groups surveyed.*

Sunday School curriculum and methods are ineffective
While weekly or monthly memory verses are central to many Sunday School programs and curricula, most children who regularly attend church, go to Christian schools, and are being raised in Christian homes cannot recite even one verse of Scripture from memory. Our team regularly surveys students in Christian schools, Sunday school programs, and Children's Church and has found the number to be fewer than 10%.

Children are on screens and online
Children aged 5 to 8 spend over 3.5 hours daily on screens, with 1.5 hours dedicated to watching TV and videos including short-form videos such as TikTok and YouTube Shorts. Preschool-aged children with their own mobile devices averaged nearly two hours of screen time per day, primarily engaging with apps like YouTube and Netflix.**
